____
TALLOW...
Tallow provides incredible benefits in skin care products, as it contains Vitamins A, D, K, and E, and loads of free-radical fighting antioxidants. The natural oils in tallow get absorbed quickly and reduce cellular dryness. Tallow is non-greasy and is generally suitable for both dry and oily skin. Our tallow is sourced from grass-fed cows.
____
GRAPESEED OIL...
Grapeseed oil contains linoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties. It is well known to deeply hydrate the skin without clogging pores. It helps to improve skin elasticity and reduce dryness.
____
Both Tallow and Grapeseed oil are generally well-tolerated by most skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. However, it is always recommended to do a patch test before applying it to the entire face.
____
LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL...
Lavender oil is well known to be both antimicrobial and antifungal. It is also generally well-tolerated by most skin types, though we highly recommend patch testing before applying to large areas of skin.
ORGANIC BERGAMOT FCF ESSENTIAL OIL...
Bergamot is well known to brighten and invigorate dull skin, reduce the appearance of scars, and much more. We use Bergamot FCF essential oil (Furanocoumarin Free). This type of of bergamot essential oil has had the bergapten, a phototoxic furanocoumarin, removed. This makes it safer for topical use, especially when exposed to sunlight, as bergapten can cause skin sensitivity and phototoxicity.
ORGANIC FRANKINCENSE ESSENTIAL OIL...
Frankincense is known to possess various properties that may improve the appearance and health of the skin by improving firmness and reducing inflammation.
